Aw I completely understand that! The food is gorgeous 🙂 I actually went during the soft open a year ago, so it was really interesting to be able to have the experience of seeing how the menu has evolved since.
And yes definitely do 🙂

Oh yay it was you! I doubted myself and the light was dim, plus I didn’t want to be awkward. Wasn’t the food divine? Such a great experience with the added bonus of seeing someone I follow on YouTube! If I ever see you in Wellington again, I will be sure to say hi!

Am I right? I was at a booth with 3 others right next to you, assuming it was you!

I’m impressed! I would not have been able to pack that light I think… although I love doing travel lists and they are so helpful for me to not “over-pack”. But everything in a carry-on suitcase for 7 days? Sounds impossible to me!
I hope you stop by my blog and let me know your thoughts!
have a good day!

Hi Janine, thanks so much for your lovely comment – so glad that despite my neutral colour palette (and your colourful one), you’re able to get ideas from my videos and posts 😀
So I have the alpaca in both the charcoal grey and the almond. I haven’t noticed the charcoal shedded at all but it does itch my skin a little. The almond is *much* softer, but it’s also fluffier and you can visibly see the fibres. I wore it when packing up some items from my wardrobe that I sold on Depop and I had to be careful as it did shed a little. I usually have worn it with jeans or silk pieces so it hasn’t been an issue – I’ll have a better sense next year. I haven’t bought any other alpaca items as I have so many sweaters as is, and I mostly opt for cashmere. I do recommend Naadam if you are after a super soft but also very relaxed sweater option (I don’t really think most styles they sell are suitable for a corporate office). Not sure if that helps but feel free to ask any other questions! xxx
